1. I like the design of a piece of your jewelry. Can I order it in a different color?
Yes. Please write the changes that you would like in the comment box on the 'Contact Us' page.
2. Do the necklaces come in different lengths? If so, do they cost the same?
Necklaces are available in three different lengths (16", 18", and 20"). You may special order a necklace at a chosen length. Prices vary, depending on the length and style ordered.
3. When I purchase my foot jewelry, do I receive jewelry for one foot or for both feet?
You will receive a pair of the foot jewelry you order (one for each foot).
4. Can I order a foot jewelry design for just one foot?
Yes. This information must be included in the comment box on the 'Contact Us' page when placing your order.
5. Can I order a specific size for my foot jewelry?
When ordering foot jewelry, you MUST specify your foot size in the comment box on our 'Contact Us' page.
6. Can I order foot jewelry and necklaces in kids' sizes?
Yes. Please specify the size or length you would like in the comment box on the 'Contact Us' page upon ordering.
7. How long will it take until I receive my jewelry?
Please allow 6 weeks. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please leave this information in the comment box on our 'Contact Us' page. We will do our best to get you your jewelry as quickly as possible.
8. Do you accept returns?
Yes. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Jewelry that is worn will not be accepted for returns. If returning a product, you will receive your money back minus the shipping cost.
9. What if a bead comes off of my jewelry?
This is very unlikely to occur. However, we will fix your jewelry free of charge.
